The manager at Cary Cube Smart was great! She showed me my options, processed the rental quickly, showed me her box special and offered use of their truck. I was very pleased with her knowledge, time and personal attention.

The unit is just right and the location is lovely, surrounded by lots of trees. It feels safe and going there is like a visit in nature, just what I need from time to time.

Poor customer service and no follow up

We came into to look at rental space for our upcoming move. We looked at 2 different sizes and was quoted a price. When we started the paperwork all of a sudden the price went up $11 more a month. They could not explain why and said that there was NOTHING they could do about until the "big boss" was back in the building and we were promised a follow up phone call and that never happened. I feel like it was a classic "bait and switch" scam offering one price and then not honoring it. Do not do business with this location!

Easy reservations, easy check-in

My first time using Cube Smart. Impressed with the reservation ease, the easy check-in and half price off the first months rent. Wasn't informed about the mandatory insurance coverage.

The staff is friendly and there are a lot of storage options. Pricing is moderate and there is no long term contract-month to month.

Michelle is excellent. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Facility is clean & secure. They don't tack on a bunch of fees, either. Straight-up pricing at half what the others (the orange guys) are charging. You can even bring your own lock here. I won't use anyone else after dealing with Cubesmart. Very pleased. I recommend you go see them for your storage needs.
