Ms Barbara is one of the nicest most helpful ladies we have ever met. She made our move go smoothly and helped relieve our stress of worrying about whether all our things would fit into the space we had reserved.

I was very impressed with the self storage at Sims. They were very helpful and cater to my every need, and their prices are very reasonable compared to the others and Hattiesburg. I am very satisfied with my service so far and look forward to using them for a good while.

Let me start by saying that the service was great. Very personal and customer-satisfaction oriented. Also, the facilities and prices were much nicer and more reasonable than other self-storage places in Hattiesburg. The employees, particularly Barbara, were especially helpful and attentive to my every question and request. I'm quite satisfied with my experience so far having just moving some of my things into a unit recently, and am very confident that I will continue to receive excellent service every time I go back. This place is the best in Hattiesburg if you ask me!

Barbara was so sweet and helpful! The price was a great value with my USM discount and the summer special! It is a very nice, neat facility for all your storage needs. The location is very convenient for USM students. Barbara was very friendly and thorough!

Great place to store!

This property is always clean and well lit at night. It's in a nice neighborhood and I feel safe when I go there. The manager makes everybody feel welcome. I recommend it.
