Very hard to find your unit, lack of directions and signage.

There was no information on how to find where the unit was. There is no staff at the building. Fortunately, another customer was able to help. Also it was not drive up. We have a large unit and pictures implied it was drive up, we had to go buy a handcart. There is a large support post taking up part of the unit's space. Also it is dirty and run down outside. Inside is okay. The roof of the unit is a screen, which may be okay. A map showing where our unit was would have saved a great deal of time.

all the people I spoke with on the phone were helpful. A lady named MON was very patient and extremely helpful when assisting me on entering the storage location and locating my storage unit. Thank You!
