I had no issues at all getting checked in. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Found my unit right away, and everything was clean & ready to be used!

When I arrived at unit it was locked with storage padlock. After calling customer service they were able to get the combo and I was able to move in. I also let them know that my unit has 2 doors with 2 different storage numbers. Was advised that other side would be investigated to make sure no one could access.

Don't waste your time or money!

I'd give zero stars if I could!! Acorn was great!! Heartland took over and destroyed everything. Every year they increase your rates. All while not maintaining the grounds in a timely manner. The main gate was broken and left wide open for 3 months with no courtesy call or email to inform everyone, that it was broken and the yard was wide open and vulnerable. Our unit door broke, it took them over a month to repair. They call you to fix the repair and expect that no one has a job and can be there when they say. You go with a time they set and they show up 2 hours after the fact. The billing is all screwed up and we weren't sent billing emails or receipts saying we paid, they change the gate code and don't tell you. Last but not least,they don't have a company treat for bugs,including termites or critters. Very unprofessional company/management. All they want is your money. You've been warned!!!

I had to move out of my home in short notice

A nice clean facility the unit was clean no cobwebs no dirty floor. The lady that helped me from up front was very helpful had good customer service skills what you don't find much of anymore. I did my research this facility was close to where I'm moving and close to where I'm moving out.

Seems to be a nice place

The facility seems to be very clean and maintained. The staff seemed to be pretty friendly and courteous. I do wish the unit had some lighting inside. I haven't had chance to truly evaluate the place yet. So far it seems nice. I also wish the rates would be lower. It's a little higher than I was hoping to spend. All I know is the facility I was dealing with in Louisiana was atrocious. The place was nice before "Red Dot Storage" took over the facility.

Easy to sign up

Easy to reserve online. Got info to fill out and was able to sign up and get code and assigned a unit all online. A representative working at another location called and made sure I was able to get it to work and very helpful.

Not very easy to navigate

Very hard to get in and out of the facility with a UHaul truck. Over head door is difficult to open.

I am using this storage unit while I am building my new home. This unit is between my current home and my job so I can stop by on my way to or from work.
