Public Storage - Ellisville - 16230 Truman Road

Friendly

Happy to use this unit!!!!!!!!

Got my spot

I got moved in finaly on Saturday, I was supposed to have received a map with the marked parking spaces, but I never got it. Thakfully, the local attendent showed up at the facility and got me squared away. My advice is to make an appointment to meet with the branch manager so you get timely service.

Excellent customer service

Great location, secure, reasonably good hours to access the property.

It's very good place and price it's very affordable.

It's very good place for storge stuff. And price it's very good and very nice facility. And their attitude are very nice.

Nice and clean

Very well taken care of units.

Good.

Fine but pricey .................

No complaints! Easy reservation, easy in and out!

Highly recommend to anyone. Key code access was a breeze. We only have a small unit for summer rental.

Very nice facility, and very convenient lovation

Everything was a great experience, very friendly... The only thing was that when on the phone when I was reserving the space, I asked what my total price was going to be. I wasn't told about the key charge... Which was around $20 extra... Other than very satisfied

Reasonable price, easy online setup, quick to get me started

The price was great and setup online was really easy. They delivered the lock to my unit very quickly so that I could get moved in the same afternoon.

Excellent Price and Service

Easy to Reserve a Unit and also Great Customer Service

Great

Facility is clean and service is good

Great experience

Customers was exceptionally! I was also surprised how clean the unit was.

Nice Clean Space

Everything was nice and clean and the staff was helpful when I had some questions.

The experience overall was good, and we would recommend to a friend.

For the most part the experience was a good one. My only frustration was the there was only one of the elevators running, which made the move up to the 3rd floor challenging. I had visited the facility a week before and the same elevator was not running. Over the weekend with a number of move in and out, have both elevators available is a must.

Great

Awesome Service Clean an secure Place looks like a well maintained

Easiest rental I've ever done.

I applied and was able to get into the storage on the day I selected. It was too easy.

Quick easy, very friendly staff.

Clean units, staff very friendly and helpful. Packing materials in the office if you need anything. Carts to help bring your items in to your storage space. They have climate controlled units to choose from.

Was surprised by the insurance and the price of it.

It was all as expected, except the required insurance and the cost of it.

Clean and good price

The unit was very clean, and Kenny helped me secure a second one when I packed the first and ran out of room. He also told me about the app. Thanks!

Love the no contact, easy sign up online.

Very nice facility. Easy access and very clean.
