Great storage and staff

This is a great storage facility. Clean, secure and well run. Angie is an excellent property manager. She is very diligent and takes care of everything. She is so helpful and nice. I have used this facility for a long time and have had zero issues.

I was pleased.

I really liked how clean and well taken care of. Seemed like lots of people where moving in. The facility was free of damage and no creepy people walking around.

My valuables were all stolen

SO UPSet! Drove to Minnesota to empty out our storage to bring to Sioux City and found it cut into and the Expensive lock they sold me just dangling. we chose this place in August because they bragged about having a secure entrance, fences, cameras, indoor climate-control locker near the office. So, How the Heck does someone use a saw, Indoors, in a controlled facility, and cut our locker open and steal our Brand New (HEAVY) King Mattress(had to have taken planning and several people to carry), our 70 inch Smart TV, Jewelry, and even medication without them seeing? Well over $8000 worth! They said, "File an insurance claim." had to be an inside!!! job..CROOKED... NEVER use Public Storage in Savage!!!!

Super Helpful

I was moving out of town; and had to get some moving supplies - boxes, tape, etc. When I got there, Janice was able to help me choose which boxes and other supplies for my move. She's a highly motivated, super friendly employee and really went out of her way to keep me from going crazy with all the things I needed to remember. She also discussed the storage units, in case I needed one, and genuinely seemed to be compassionate about my situation. The area was well kept, clean and well stocked. I was impressed! I'm definitely recommending Self Storage to everyone in the area; and BIG TIME Kudos to Janice! This gal knows her stuff! I felt like I wasn't just a customer; but part of a family...

Easy access, friendly staff.

The unit I have is very tall, so I am making a small deck for storing the light stuff so it does'nt take up so much floor space, will have this space for a while.

New Unit, Move In

Just got my unut. So far things are okay. There was a problem with the entry code working as well as the exit code. Apparently the extreme cold weather we experienced in Minnesota was affecting the key pads.. another comment I will make, there could be a little more lighting inside the building.

Very Postive Experience

Angie and Katelyn were both extremely helpful in renting our climate controlled units. The rental was quick and easy, the security has been good, access easy and it's well located for us. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
