Had a minor issue getting into the correct unit. Made a phone call and they were able to resolve the issue during the call, got the corrected paperwork to us and and were able to use the unit immediately.

Clean facility but a bit over priced. Plus I had to pay a prorated fee at the end of the month when the website said first month free then 2 days later paid the full amount for the next month so I paid over 200 dollars in 2 days.

Exceeded Expectations

The representative who helped me over the phone to complete a rental agreement for one of the units in Willmar, Minnesota was very professional, courteous, friendly, and explained every detail thoroughly. The price difference from one unit to the other was very minimal which lead me to choose a slightly bigger unit. I wish every business hired employees with such positive attitudes that can surely turn a persons gloomy day to a bright and sunny day. Someone please find the person who helped me that day and extend a big hand shake to him...he deserves that and much more. Best regards.
