To use the gate I've never been there and I forgot what the guy told me to do besides typing in my digests and there's no other digits cuz I thought he said it was the until number but my is letters so

Great Customer Service

This was the first time I have needed a Storage Unit so I had a lot of questions. Every time I called Customer Service, I received patient, friendly, and accurate information. I feel confident they will be available if any problems do occur. Clean, Safe Areas. Recommend to anyone wanting quality Storage.

Very clean, nice storage unit

We used the storage unit in Monticello until they raised our cost 32.00 a month so we switched to prinnceton

No help with insuranc

Recently stored a bunch of belongings while moving between places. Our unit was broken into and over a thousand dollars worth of power tools were stolen. I went in circles with the manager, even filled out the insurance claim form because we paid for the insurance and submitted the form but nothing was ever resolved. I understand even if we didn't get all our money back but didn't even hear back after trying to contact multiple times. Finally gave up as the local manager was no help and trying to reach corporate SROA help was a joke. They make it very easy to sign up but makes it difficult to get help or cancel your contract, let alone find anything on your account on their website. Would not recommend!

Overall good experience

The only issues I had is that no one works here, and the gate is very tight and difficult to get a bigger truck through. The good thing was that customer service was able to get me into my unit over the phone. Thank you.
