It works out well for my electronics for sure

Was a little bit of a challenge to find but over all it was fine

Extremely difficult to reach local employees

Customer service is subpar and no one really works locally ....very difficult to reach any employee that works for the company locally or non locally

Wish I would have known that I would be going up 2 flights of stairs

Just wish I knew that I would be required to go up two flights of stairs each time I need to access/move stuff into my storage

Some what dissatisfied

I am disappointed our unit is not in the secure area. When I did our registration online I was under the impression this was a secured area for all units. I was surprised and disappointed when we found our unit outside the secure area after looking through the secured area.

Climate control

Seems to be good so far but I'm still moving stuff in.

I needed climate controlled storage and finally made the call to KO Storage

The registration process was simple; the representative on the phone was well trained and well prepared; I could easily understand what she was asking and the process was very easy. The gate code, elevator operation, unit location, and ease of move-in were all as represented. I would highly recommend.

Confusing

There needs to be a better explanation of the process. For ppl such as myself and my husband, it should have been explained that you need to call or go on line to fill out the paperwork. We are older 80s and 70s, and understood from the email and text messages that a person (employee) would be actually present. Just more explanation on the website and also when talking to representatives

I would use KO Storage over any other
