    Great service

    After a couple hiccups with a dysfunctional lock, Maddie, the manager followed up quickly and sent somebody to secure my unit ASAP. Communication was wonderful and much appreciated. The storage unit was clean and just the perfect size for my belongings. They offer military discount which is fantastic, and much appreciated.

    Return calls

    They will not return my calls. The lock they provided was broken. My unit is unsecured at this time. Trying to get ahold of a live body to secure this unit has been impossible.

    Lock problems

    The lock they left me was defective unable to reach staff live. Alway went to a recorded Message. So ended up playing phone tag. Otherwise it’s a good maintained facility. Gated which is nice.
