Very friendly

When i first went to the unit the latch was not in good shape and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings in that unit. I called and reported the issue and within minutes I had a new unit with a dependable latch so I could lock it up my belongings. Quick, easy and painless.

Great unit but confusing to move into

Got there to check in and use the unit but was unclear if someone would be there to move me into it or if I had to do something online. Said open until 6.

wrong address and wrong information

I was given a wrong address for the location of the storage unit. there was a lock on the unit and not a green tag as I was told. After a long phone call I was directed to the correct location and a combination to the lock was provided.
