Poor Business Practices

Deceptive and poor customer service. Facility in Superior WI buildings scattered and not in numerical order. Receipt did not have address of actual unit even after two phone calls verified I was at the address of the unit on the receipt. The unit was no where near that address. Chose price off a Google search and they wouldn’t honor the price bc they claim it wasn’t their advertising when clearly it was a bait and switch type advertising bc it still took me to their website. Not until I turned them into BBB did I get answers and resolution.

Great unit, price is way to high

Lower your prices, these units aren’t heated or in a locked facility, $117 a month is way to much!!

Low quality unit, poor maintenance.

No-contact rental, extensive on-line questionnaire, garbage in unit upon arrival, no key to door knob lock, past tenant articles screwed to wall. Sales associate very friendly and respectful and prices reasonable. Maintenance team needs training. Took me almost 2hours to get unit ready to place property into unit.

Not what I expected

When I made the reservation the service rep was absolutely fantastic, he was wonderful at explaining everything and helped me fill out the paperwork. However when I arrived at the unit I was very surprised to see that there was no security access gate around the perimeter as I was lead to believe when I created when. I reserved my locker and created a gate access codes. The latch to open the locker is extremely hard to open, and when our friends dropped off more items for me after I'd already headed back home (2 hrs away) they said there was water pooling on the floor. I am crossing my fingers that nothing gets moldy, warped or wrecked.

The units are very big for price. They also have surveillance cameras on the property. Good storage facility. Well worth the money.

need one in a hurry

Need one in a hurry, and actually ended up having to get two, both units were clean, and we had to speak to someone to find the unit and they were very helpful and nice. also, you made this very easy to rent a unit. thank you!

Imposible to talk to a person.

1st unit was dirty (garbage and food), took 3 hours to get a return phone call! called 3 different times. When I finally got to talk to someone, he was able to switch to a different unit, same size and a different location. Also an up-charge!
