Best storage experience bar none

These guys are awesome. Even though I reserved a different unit I was offered a choice of what I wanted. I was supposed to move in on the first of the month but couldn't due to complications, there was no hassle and no worries. I couldn't finish by myself on the second day, still no worries. They let me store my moving van in a secure place and come back to finish on the third day. They have bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. The units are new, clean and safe. There is a perimeter fence, cameras, 24/7 access and remote management. These guys are about customer satisfaction and not making a buck. One of the best, if not the best, most professional and compassionate experiences doing business in a long long time. Kudos to Eric and crew.

Was hoping the unit was more water proof. Smells musty and walls show water/damp marks towards the floor.

They agreed to work with me when I noticed that part of the wall had been busted out. They also were great about informing me of what I would need to have with to get into the unit. Very personable and concerned for the safety of us and our belongings.

This place is close to our residence and has easy access for us. the unit is new and clean an large enough for our needs. The road in does need work as well as the driveways between the buildings.
