Perfect! Easy access and convient

Leaking Roof Destroyed my Stuff

Quite possibly the worst company you could go with I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Now that I have your attention let's dive in. First things first it should be a note you are forced to purchase insurance. Now no one exactly can tell you how the insurance works or how you would use it but you have to buy it. They upkeep the paint because that is at least what makes it look nice. But I promise you that is the only thing they upkeep. Now my unit was in the courtyard, constructed of your standard corrugated sheet metal with a wooden interior frame. Seem decent enough but oh how I was wrong. Fast forward about 4 months and I return to remove my stuff and I find the roof has leaked into my storage unit. Resulting in a swimming pool. Ultimately this destroyed a substantial amount of my property which they then refused any liability. So I filed an insurance claim the insurance claim denied it due to water damage something that they refuse to cover even though it is stated. So god forbid it rains and they apparently have no responsibility to have an even remotely functional roof or maintain a building to keep your stuff away from the most basic of elements. Ultimately You are screwed if you store here! Now, this is where this review gets a little interpersonal and where I'll leave it at this. I'm a college student that moved all my stuff personally from Missouri by myself. What was destroyed was all of my bedding including the box spring, and mattress the whole lot. With insurance denying the claim and CubeSmart denying any responsibility. This leaves me sleeping on the floor. It's been 11 days on the floor I simply don't have money to buy a bed at the moment. Moving is incredibly expensive and it's now a whole lot more expensive. Please for the love of God don't store your stuff here it's not worth the risk. Better off having a longer trip than having your property blatantly destroyed. No Bed Number of Days: 12

Shared a storage unit with a friend and our things fit well in a 5x5 unit after we stacked everything cleanly. The paperwork was not too much work at all and reserving the unit was super easy online. I changed my move in date which wasn't a problem at all. I was in and out of the storage unit when putting away my stuff too. It was easy to access and the person at the front desk was friendly as well/

Nice experience

I was assisted by the manager named Jazmine. She was professional and proficient and polite. The other ladies who's names I don't know were also very helpful in assisting me with knowledge of the sale items on the wall as well as the sale of the many boxes that I purchased. Considering my personal circumstances, I must say that this experience was not only helpful but very pleasant.

This is my 2nd time storing my household items. Customer service is great! Worth the price! They even gave me a discount which was greatly appreciated!! If I ever need to storage this is the place I will always go to! Thanks so much you all!!

Friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located.

Although the facilities are older and I've seen better days, it seems relatively secure and is reasonably priced. The staff was helpful by holding my reservation when I could not make the original move-in date. The half off first month rent was just an added bonus.

It did say online that it had 24-hour access which they do but you have to pay a monthly fee. I did think it was a little pricey but that's okay, Everyone was very helpful and infinformative. All in all it's a cool place. Thank you!

The employees at this facility made my experience problem and worry free. I have never received such phenomenal, friendly customer service. The employees and pricing were amazing and it was a very easy decision to chose this facility to store my special belongings.

I signed up online and then same day I got my storage unit within 30 minutes I was out of there and happily satisfied .

Too Tough To Get Help

I gave up after 2 tries. I get off work at 5 every day and this place has been closed when I get there at 5:37. The sign says 6. I found another place. Top it off, I call on the phone and always get there answering service. It was a good location but I couldn't get no help.
