    I didn't even make it to storage!

    Nothing but problems with the online paperwork. I saved my progress as I went along. I left the page once to attempt to fix something I forgot to add but couldn't get back to that page. Then it took me several tries to get back into the terms and conditions pages. I clicked on a link that gave me a contact number, but it wasn't the place by me. I was redirected to a call center, and he wasn't much help, and connected me to the store manager who never answered the telephone. I'm going to cancel and go to another storage place. The website says easy online cancellation and the ability to make changes. But that hasn't worked out for me.

    Friendly, helpful Staff & quick and easy move in

    So glad I chose this company to store my things with! The manager helped me complete my paperwork with ease, she even went out of her way to make my access code much shorter and easier to remember. Overall great service!

    Jude is an angel!

    Jude called me at home when I made my reservation to say hi, and ask if I was familiar with the process. When we met on move in day, she was caring, professional, personable and efficient…she made me so very glad I chose this particular storage site and is a wonderful asset to the company!
