Great value, perfect space for my belong while I'm in between homes. At first was a little confusing trying to find my unit that's the only issue I had maybe when someone rents put in email where and how to get to unit. Other than that I'm very happy with my experience with storing my belongings here so far. Thanks for allowing me a safe clean place to store my things

Great value, perfect space for my belong while I'm in between homes. At first was a little confusing trying to find my unit that's the only issue I had maybe when someone rents out in email where and how to get to unit, and also a light in the parking lot especially over on the side by where Pier One Polymers is, it's pretty dark over there especially if have to come at night for something. Other than those two things I'm very happy with my experience with storing my belongings here so far. Thanks for allowing me a safe clean place to store my things

Expected to navigate STAIRS with cart loaded with heavy objects

The smaller units are in a section of the building where we had to navigate 2 different elevators and STAIRS, yes stairs (!!!) with our cart of heavy objects to get to the unit. There was NO alternative route to the unit to avoid stairs, and we are both disabled so this was an absolute nightmare. We could have avoided the stairs IF the office had been unlocked and we could have cut through the office - but both office doors were locked. Terrible building design where this locked office was the only way to avoid stairs. Given that, a RAMP should have been installed in place of the stairs. It makes absolutely zero sense that a storage facility would expect customers to use STAIRS, where the cart could not be used, getting their heavy belongings to their unit. I would have paid 3x the cost to have been able to avoid stairs, to include renting a bigger unit I didn't need, but I was NOT WARNED by the remote customer service agent that we would have to navigate stairs, and by the time we knew it was too late and no agent was available. It is unthinkable that they did not just install a RAMP where the stairs are so we could have just wheeled our belongings all the way to our unit on the cart without having to carry each object ourselves down the stairs. Absolutely terrible experience - I'm getting my belongings out in 2 weeks (which I am absolutely dreading - having to go UP the stairs this time) and never doing business with them again. I question whether this building is even ADA compliant.

The unit is difficult to move into

I moved part of my stuff in and will probably move it out and cancel the unit. The walk from the parking lot to the entry door is far. The sidewalk is in poor condition. The cart kept getting stuck in large cracks. The cart actually tipped over once because of the cracks. You have to make a 90 degree turn at the top to go in and there is a bar in the middle of the double doors. So, only one door can be used, making it difficult to bring large items in. The threshold in the doorway has a large metal step and is difficult to get the cart over it. I have to lift the cart at the bottom to get it over the threshold. There is no cart on the level the unit is on. The issue there is that there are 3 steps to get to my level. I had to roll the cart down 3 steps and lift it up the 3 steps when finished! An elder person and/or female could not move their stuff into the unit. I am looking at a different facility today and if it works out, I am canceling this one.

i have a good unit , for a good price, its very clean , and very secured , location is in very good spot they work with you to make things convenient for you , they have carts to help make your move a little easier

ADD NEW REGULAR SIZE ELEVATOR AND CHANGE CARTS TO WIDER MORE STABLE ONES.

YOU NEED TO MAKE THE CARTS WIDER. THEY'RE UNSTABLE AND TIPPED OVER ON ME TWICE. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AND THE FACT THAT YOU CAN BARELY GET THEM IN THE ELEVATOR. MAKE THE ELEVATOR BIGGER LIKE A NORMAL SIZE ONE AND WIDER BOTTOM CARTS, SO NO TIP-OVERS AND THEN EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WAS GREAT. THANKS, MICHAEL.

Very quiet, closed off space to store your goods

Awesome facility, very clean & well lit.

Price is a little high in renting, and a bigger elevator is needed for people on the 2nd floor. bigger things won't fit in the one provided. I can't bring dressers up those stairs.
