    Great Customer Service

    We had an emergency flood happen and had to move same day. We showed up with no Reservation or call ahead and when we arrived we were greeted quickly and got a clean unit within 15 minutes of arriving. Teresa was the Property Manager on site and took great care of our emergency needs. We would recommend anyone to use Simply Self Storage in Lansing.

    They are a great storage

    I like this storage facility because they are extremely professional and they were compassionate to my situation and lack of time to really search for anything else in town and they also waited after hours so I could make it to them man oh man was that a blessing in it self

    Got a great deal on pricing, making an online resercation was quick and super easy, location is convenient to my current and future resident, super nice and friend staff, only about 5 minutes spent in the office completing paperwork, got to move in immediately afterwards, clean storage locker and good security in place.
