    Great Storage Options

Nice, newer facility, with easy access. By far the easiest move in and move out I've ever experienced with a storage facility. The entire rental process was easy.

$1600 worth of my stuff was stolen

As mentioned my unit was broken into and the stuff has not once reached out to me with a solution or information on the security footage. I am a college student and I stored my stuff there for 3 weeks. They keep saying they’ll have more info in 2 days every time I call but never get back to me. My friend suggested maybe the staff took my stuff but idk. They have been giving me the run around. So yeah I wouldn’t recommend.

Look Storage is a safe bet!

It’s been a great experience now that a new manager took over. It was a rocky start in the beginning with not being able to get anyone live on the phone, and the gate code wasn’t opening. I specifically moved my storage from Charlotte, MI to Lansing, MI because of the newer cleaner facilities with on-site bathroom, and better pricing on a tight budget. I’m saving a $105/mo for the same sized unit (10x20). It’s a lot easier to open this unit’s door. I have an inside unit but I like it better than my drive up I had at my old location. I have my billing on autopay, which normally I don’t do that. However, they give me a week’s notice before money is withdrawn from my account. I’ve used them for four months and don’t regret the move!
