    Excellent on-site help

    We had an issue with our unit and Ken the local manager contacted me right away and personally followed up and met me at my unit to address my concerns. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been helpful, courteous and driven to ensure there are no further issues. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been great to work with!

    Great customer service and communication

    They reached out to me over a misunderstanding and help me get the storage unit in my name when they could have just threw my stuff away. Instead, he went the extra mile to reach out. Find my name and number and let me have a chance to switch it to my name because I wasn't aware that it had to be and gave me a new lack for free for the misunderstanding
