    Very easy move in

    I called to the website directly and they gave a couple of locations are currently available. I could choose it closer to my location. We could move in a same day and no hassle.

    Good location Tammy is great

    Spot has asphalt chunks I had to clear out that could damage tires. Would like later entrance when coming back from north 10 pm is hard to make

    Price is high, even before the surprise fees

    Rented a unit to store a vehicle. Price seemed higher than competitors, but I need a spot before winter comes. When I arrived to sign the contract, I was presented with a “Safeguard Program” fee, which was explained as a state-mandated fee. Turns out the Safeguard Program is simply overpriced insurance policy and as for being state-mandated -well, that appears to be simply false. When I objected to the add-on, I was told “it’s company policy” and not negotiable. Don’t need it, don’t want it, but I have to pay it. Pure money-grab.
