    Outstanding customer service

    The customer service reps are extremely helpful. April in particular should get an award for her patience and efforts for me. I needed a large climate control unit which at the time wasn’t available at one time I had 3 units rented 2 small climate controlled and 1 large non climate controlled. April went so far above and beyond for me to get me into the large climate controlled unit I have. April was incredibly patient and put in an effort rarely seen by a customer service rep over the phone. I would highly recommend K. O storage.

    Drive up access is questionable

    Drive up access is very difficult. We have a Uhaul truck that won’t fit so we’ll have to walk our items into the storage unit.
