This facility is outstanding. Convenient, clean and the most friendly, professional staff ever.

A bit pricey, but so is everywhere else.

I think the prices were a bit high, but in line with other self-storage places in town. The facility is clean and nice smelling, with working elevators, and no problems finding my storage spot.

The young lady was very polite and helpful and patient the facility itself all the way around everywhere even the restrooms were very clean full rolls of toilet paper and paper towels it was a very clean establishment I have not come across a storage facility this clean all the way around in a long time and a great customer service

Great value, excellent customer service, and easy processing

David was outstanding, so helpful and explained every detail thoroughly. Gave us options to choose the unit we liked most and gave us a tour around the site to ensure we knew where everything we needed was. Great value renting the truck, only 10 dollars for the day, as well as gas fill up. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fault this facility and David was a star! Highly recommend.

Perfect storage place at a great price

Came here to store somethings and I was looking for something low-cost, I was able to get a good online quote. After visiting the place, it was very clean, there are several loading docks available, never had to wait, and they have dolly's available to take your items to your storage unit. I have a climate controlled unit and the elevators are roomy and work great, you're not waiting around for the elevator to come like in other places I've used. Definitely would recommend

Great value, friendly and helpful staff, clean and secure building, elevator and cart to put stuff on. The owner lives above. Spacious unit-bigger than I anticipated. In a good area with the police station nearby. Easy, and a moving truck to use.

I don't like being on the third floor since the elevator sticks and we had to wait for 20 min for the man to come fix it.

Couldn't be more pleased with East Frederick Self Storage. The office staff was pleasant and helpful, and the facility itself left no reservations whatsoever about the safety of our property.

Nice friendly staff, showed my serveral units so that i could choose the right one for my needs. Paperwork was a breeze, the prices were lowest I could find in the area. Convient to I-70 and neighboring areas. The complex is secure with electronic gates and lots of camera's Great experience storing my belongings her.
