Customer service was excellent. I was having some problems with my reservation on line so I came to the facility and they was able to get everything done. The unit was very clean. I would refer this storage unit to anyone. VERY PLEASED!!

Customer Service was AMAZING!!!!

I am not sure what the name is of the women who helped me but I was transfered to her when I pressed to speak to location manager. She spent so much time with me making sure that the reservations that I had for 4 units was completed we kept having techinal difficulties with the online reservation completion process. She stayed on the phone with me until it was done it was atleast 45 minutes she was so sweet and assured me she would help me until the end. The next day I contacted her to ask if we could move in a day sooner becasue we had an emergency and she accomodated our needs. Great customer service this place would not be the same without her.

AMAZING MANAGER AND LOCATION

Absolutely amazing from reserving, to paperwork to unloading! The manager is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She helped me find people to help me unload my truck with only three hours before coming to the storage unit! Because I was alone. She is absolutely wonderful! And went above and beyond! The storage unit is clean and easy access to it! Honestly my experience could not have been better!

I am so thankful I choose CubeSmart Storage. I have a business that require me to store items so I have two other storages both at another company. I've used the same company for the past 10yrs. Coming to CubeSmart will save me $100 a month so bye bye old storage and hello CubeSmart Storage. Also the customer service was so great it made my decision move all my items to CubeSmart Storage.

Too long and too many issues when registering

I was on a strict time and the unit they gave me had a broken latch so I had to wait for a unit that had stuff any it and I had to wait for tgem to clean it. The code they gave me never allowed me access and I was told system issues so fortunately when I finished unloading the ofc was still open because my code didn't work trying to exit. I was told again system issues. I am now hoping that those issues have been resolved before I go back.

Awesome Staff!

Awesome staff and management. The facility is off the beaten path however, the prices are reflective of that. The gate stays open until 10PM on most days and it's remote location makes it quite secure (I had an outside unit).

The manager (Tanya( has a very pleasant personality, she is very knowledgible, and courteous.

This facility met almost all of my expectations of a rental storage company. I only wish my unit had a light inside. Otherwise, I have no reservations recommending this facility. Thanks.

Overall the service was good. My wish is that the managerial stiff of this location be a bit more helpful and try and ease the minds of customers . Moving can be frustrating and the should do their best to make everything go smoothly.
