Orange door insurance policy is not a requirement and should not be something you shove down on people as such. Very misleading and predatory.

Nice storage area recomend getting 4 way steering carts and some form of lighting for the storage unit it srlf. Otherwise employees were very helpful.

I was a walk in customer a few weeks ago. I met Carmelita and she was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and competent. I leased a unit and I recommend this storage business if you need a place in or around Silver Spring.

I got the storage unit online. Went and did everything in person, moved my stuff in to realize the unit was too small. On the 4th of July Carmelita got me a bigger unit and I moved in quickly. No hassle, no running around nothing. Great customer service, wonderful personality and I thank you for helping me! Told you I gotchu with the review, I'm just a couple days late!

I recently worked with Crystal Wilson to locate a storage unit. She was AMAZING! Crystal took the time with me on two occasions to figure out the best size and make sure that I understood the pricing. I can't say enough about her great customer service! The storage facility is very clean and feels secure which was important to me. Overall, I'm very pleased!

It's ok

The place is kind of dirty (but that's to be expected when the doors are constantly left open). Not as "climate controlled" as I'd like - due to the doors being constantly open. Not quite as "secure" of an experience as I've had with other storage places - mostly due to the doors being constantly open. If you're expecting locked doors with secure code access, and elevators with code access, this is not the place for you. If you're in need of a place to store some stuff that's sort of climate controlled and sort of secure, this place is for you. Also the manager pulled that old trick where they put something in your hand to hold onto while they're walking around and showing you stuff, and then you buy that thing. In this case, it was a used lock for $20.

Very happy with the storage facility as a whole but do think the parking situation needs to be addressed - Twice now (in five trips) I haven't been able to get in the main gate because a moving van has been blocking the entrance so they can be closer to their storage units. And then in the back of the lot there should be a zone around the door that no one is allowed to park in. Otherwise you can get trucks pulling right up and blocking the entrance so others cannot easily get by. The manager onsite was very helpful when signing up for a unit.
