    Perfect!

    In a time of stress and despair, the office administer gave me hope even though I felt hopeless.. literally sunshine in the storm. Customer service skills & being relatable to the consumer was fantastic. Very easy and quick process! Storage units In quality condition and super convenient as you can access 24/7. Price is lower then most in the area and overall location is low key and semi private. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s perfect.

    Overall the move-in was positive. The size of the items being stored were large. The actual dimensions of the storage unit, including the height of the door, were misrepresented, causing only minor complications. Actual dimensions of a 10' x 10' unit are 9'2" deep x 9'8" wide x 96" high (inside). Door opening height is 84" with a 2" step.

    Good experience - safe, good customer service, easy access

    We had a very good experience at Moss Hill Self Storage. The management was responsive and easy to communicate with. Matthew in particular was very friendly and helpful. Access to our storage was easy yet secure. And we always felt safe -- day or night -- when accessing our unit.

    Some of the staff doesn't know how to do the paperwork, apply the correct discounts, or do the correct math for my rate. I had to go back and get it fixed.
