I spoke with a staff member Velvet Hawkins and she was extremely helpful in helping with the process of setting up my new storage. Great customer service and I look forward to getting other storage rooms with them in the future.

The clerk helped me learn how to use the locker and gave me an opportunity to upgrade when I mentioned the 5×10 might now be big enough. So I rented the larger locker.

YES, it's a storage facility.

Service was great, Anna made sure filling out all information was smooth. The units were clean and in good operating order. Security seems adequate, although some improvement may be necessary for my own personal concerns. All in all, a very well run company.

pretty good, check floor carefully

Rented 10x10. Had to inspect 3 units to find one without oil stains on the floor. Third unit had a crack in the floor but should be okay. Grounds were very clean. Units were clean other than the oil stains.
