Sometimes itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very surprising when you realize how many worldly possessions you accumulate overtime. The time came for me to face reality and face the facts. Why do I have 84 pairs of shoes and only 2 feet? Why do I have 25 messenger bags but only one body to hang them from? Then it became clear I had a problem, a serious problem. I just need more space I scheduled appointments at more than one location for public storage and this one was the only one that actually followed up on my appointment and gave me may I follow a phone call and ask what time I would be there because he the manager wanted to be there to greet me. Already Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m being treated like a VIP I loved it. I showed up early and who is there behind the counter waiting with a smile? Yes, you guessed it, the manager man. Engagement conversation he actually asked what I was storing and I told him and then he explained to me that the unit that I had actually selected was on the third floor, and unfortunately, the elevator was broken and he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to see me, hauling all of my worldly possessions up all these flights of stairs ( frankly neither did I) . He promptly swapped out the storage unit and got me another one in and climate controlled building because of the items that I was storing so already heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s taking interest and ownership of my product and actually caring about my stuff and thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great feeling that someone else is gonna care about my stuff maybe possibly a little bit more than I do ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦif thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s even possible. Moving was a breeze. The app makes getting to the gate and leaving so easy. You donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to punching codes. I can just hit the little button on my phone. The gate flies open. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s like magic. Overall, this has been a really positive experience. I have nothing bad to say about moving in or obtaining the storage space at all.

Why is the lock bent?????

Pretty disappointed in this unit. Lock is bent to the point that I can't open with an additional tool. Hole in roof, debris on floor.

Left an overpriced storage facility

My previous storage unit was about to be dramatically overpriced starting next month. I found Public Storage discount offer and immediately took advantage. More space for less price. Also a comment on the office gal, Tabitha. She is professional, friendly, and totally helpful.

Bailed me out!

We had a million things all going on at once... went to the front desk after check in and the 2 associates went above and beyond to help me out. Very cool people... talked me down off the ledge.

ALL was fantastic until...

ALL was fantastic until trying to get local Public Storage facility to answer the phone - rather than leave a message to arrange verification to get a POD delivered, loaded and removed! Initially spoke with Tabitha - EXTREMELY competent and friendly. She told me to call back with the dates/times - after multiple attempts to the local number -FINALLY called the 800# and got through to Casey, site manager who is friendly, knowledgeable about matter and confirmed! But it shouldn't have taken all that!

I first spoke to a male Manager ? over the phone and he patiently answered all my questions and invited me to visit to see the unit as I was unsure of the space needed. He selected a great location and the paperwork was completed quickly. I am very pleased so far.

I appreciate the patience of the employee who helped me find the right storage space for all of my stuff. She was willing to show me 3 units and did not seem to be annoyed with how indecisive I was. I also feel they made setting this up very easy and the drive-up unit will be very convenient.I also love the special. they're running right now it made my first month very inexpensive and easy to get into

Excellent Customer Service from Bridgette!

Bridgette, the agent whom assisted me was professional and responsive. She explained my options as well as pro's and con's. If I was on the fence deciding where my business should go, she would have sealed it. She is a keeper. Customer Service is dying and she single-handedly restored my faith in the industry. I would recommend doing all you can to keep her because she deserves to be in a much better position than working a front desk!

After I paid three months in advance I...

After I paid three months in advance I went to my locker and the office had put their lock on my locker mistaking me for someone who hadn't paid their bill iit tcaused a great inconvenience for people that came out of town to collect some of the things out of my storage bin. The staff apologized but that didn't help the fact that they have to come back from out of town to get into the locker again.
