    Move in

    Nancy was wonderful to work with over the phone and in person, she helped get things moving and in order, even sent me photos of my unit prior to moving day. Unit was the best price around for the large size I leased. Would recommend!

    Pleasant service helped with deciding size needed

    Very helpful, only complaint is the lift to second floor is a pain, too extra time and cost me extra for unloading.

    Move in

    Seamless process to move in. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The unit was a little dirty and the handle on the door had some rust, but overall the facility was great.

    Great facility. Excellent customer service!!

    The rental clerk was fabulous. She clearly explained the process and walked me to the unit. I was in a rush because my elderly dad would not get out of the car. Victoria went over all details and I ensured I had her number to call with any questions. The unit was clean and available and meets my needs. Thanks!!
