A lot things broken

I used his facility because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to my home and convenient. But last time I used this, the doors wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open, it was broken and customer service hang up on me 2 times. The manager didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer my calls. I had to return home with my truck still packed with things. I was not able to store anything that cold and wintry day. Last Saturday, the elevator was broken so I had to go around to find a working elevator. There was also no cart available so that took about 45 minutes of my time looking for elevator and cart. They should add more carts specially on weekends and make sure the elevators are always working and same thing with the doors. Another important thing is - have a helpful customer service or technician always available even on Sundays.

The website is user friendly, easy to make an online reservation, staff (in person) super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. The facilities are clean and always smell fresh.
