    Great customer service

    I highly recommend Public Storage for the following reasons: excellent customer service and cleanliness. Martha was exceptional in explaining everything including pricing, insurance, codes, and demonstrating and orienting me to the space I rented. She was thorough and professional and at the same time friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean. I like the motion sensor lighting. I feel safe in the facility. I wish the pricing were more affordable. It is a bit above my budget, and a strain on my monthly budget. Otherwise, I give Martha a perfect 5 for her professionalism and dedication to her job.
