The staff at this facility is a bit tough, but the facility is clean and secure

Overall it was good

The customer service rep was on the phone when I walked in the office and she did not recignized my presence there. She could said, "I'll be with you in couple of minutes Sir. Thank you for waiting." Simple and effective. After a 15mins wait, the service was acceptable.

Storage

I would have given it a 5 for customer service but I had called to ask if they can scan me paperwork, my daughter goes to school there I don't liver in MA so I wanted paperwork to have signed scan to me the person on the other line said that they do not scan paperwork so I asked how am I suppose to sign anything he said just come in I told him that I do not live in the area that it was for my daughter so he said just have my daughter go in and said bye. I called the next day and spoke with Yani now she was very helpful and told me that they don't scan but they can fax me paperwork and any questions I had she answered even if I repeated myself she answered me. Thanks Yani for being so helpful!!

The only inconvenience is that there is only one ramp at the entrance, and as it was being used when I moved in, my moving in experience was a little difficult. Everything else went fine.

Good price and clean facility

I decided to use this facility primarily due to it having a good price and being near my end location. It didnt take much time to fill out the paperwork and get my unit and the facility was actually pretty clean for being an old building. My only complaints are that there is no way into the facility without having to use stairs or a lift. So if you are moving stuff from a small cube truck or personal vehicle, you have to use the lift (which there is only one of). So if there are other people moving in or out you have to take turns.
