Excellent price

There are big puddles in front of the door at building 2 after it rains. There was only 1 cart when I visited. I hope there are more but this worries me as my unit is very far from the door. Unit was clean and dry. Lighting wasn't working very well.

Just left my vehicle for a multi month stay. All is good so far. Will update in a few months if there are any issues during its stay.

The building is on the water, great view while you unload your truck. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Units are clean, climate controlled, and hold a lot of stuff. Traffic is fun but it's almost October, so not unexpected.

It was reasonably clean and a good size.

Nice that they have dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available to take your stuff to the unit.

Just what we needed

Danny was super helpful and gave a great price, and the unit was easy to access and clean. Big dollies made it easy to get everything in in minutes.

Mouse droppings on floor of newly rented unit.

Pallet left in unit. Mouse droppings on the floor needed to be swept up before using.

Reserving online was easy.

The day I was moving in I went and paid for my storage. Went home and packed up our cars with my stuff. Then when we got there the flood gates were down and could not get into my unit. There was a storm coming during the night and expected flood. I appreciate that they have flood gates. But didn't appreciate that I wasn't informed by either the employee or the company about the flood gates. I was told by the lady in the office that I rented the storage unit from that she didn't know that I could go in through the door number four and that the gates were going to be up at that time I when I called when we were outside the gates I was told we didn't there wasn't a way to get in to our unit I would have to wait till 12:00 the next day which when I got there at 12:00 the next day the floodgates were still down cuz it was still flooded which I appreciate that they do that but it just was a nightmare trying to get my stuff in there. Hoping for a better experience going forward and I'd be more informed about things that are going on there as to closures and things like that

Prime storage Salem offers a clean, well lit storage facility. They seem to find new ways to up the price on a regular basis. Prime purchased the company that I had originally contracted with. For my recent rental the phone agent was fast and helpful, but offered things that the Salem location couldn't follow through on. The Salem agent who checked me in was terse, oppositional, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. I needed space on short notice and they had space available, lucky I was looking for storage space and not a new BFF. It fit my current needs.

Lucky to get a space. Service was superb, paperwork smooth and quick because some items were emailed over later. Got a good deal which made the pricing perfectly reasonable. Would use again any time.
