Prime Storage - New Bedford

Very clean and friendly customer service

Such a clean and friendly place.

So quiet and peaceful even if itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s for a minute to breathe

Would deff come back if needed . Love the unit

excellent customer service

lowest price ,very clean , gentleman that checked us in was very helpful.

Better than another place

The other place weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving from was not even close to your facility in clean. I know we had an old building but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used them for about ten years. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad your company has a building close by. The only thing is itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s like a maze. I get lost. If maybe a sign saying numbers this way that would help.

Good Price for Climate-Controlled Units

This is a newer establishment so the units are in excellent condition. The indoor units can be a bit tricky to get to depending on the location. Weekends during 11:00-1:00 appear to be the busiest times for accessing units However for the affordable price, it is a fantastic option. The staff during my initial check-in were very courteous in getting me setup! I did most of the paperwork online to save time. All-in-all I would definitely recommend this business.

Easy set-up process.

Easy set-up and move in. Good pricing and Rochelle was helpful from start to finish.

I recommend

I had a good experience and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really clean.

quick and easy

extremely easy to get set up and your own little storage space, 10/10 for an easy experience
