Good experience overall Customer service was excellent Very clean. Conveniently located . The excess code was a bit long. Waisted a lot of time going in and out during move in

Move in was easy. Finding the elevator to get out should get easier with time too.

OK facility but locked in for hours with no help!

Good clean facility but I got locked in behind the front gate for hours with nobody available to help. The gate would not open for anyone who entered their access codes on the outside or inside. I called their customer support several times over 2 hours and they just kept telling me that they are notifying a manager. I told them that I am calling 911 to get me out of their facility parking lot or will try to disassemble the gate and they started threatening me with some vague consequences. What utter lack of responsibility and common sense! Plus the 25% off the first month sparefoot advertises is misleading. They will give you 25% off only the days left in your move-in month unless you move on the 1st. Stay away if you don't want to be an unsuspecting prisoner!

Secure and easy to access

Staff was very friendly, I was shown how to enter the storage unit and lock it safely. Very secure and clean facility.

Great Storage option

I was looking for an affordable storage unit for all my teacher materials since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be on leave for this upcoming school year. Most places near me wanted $100+ for a 5x5 but I found this place in Needham, Ma for a 5x10 for less than $100! Such a better deal! The facility is easy to get to and Sarah was very kind and professional. They have rolling carts to help you transport your things and a great security system. The place is clean, well lit and I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

Fantastic customer service!

The general manager took the time to explain all of the fees and showed me to my storage unit, while also explaining all of the steps involved along the way. The facility is extremely secure and brand new, so it is clean and makes you feel safe leaving valued items in your unit. Highly recommend!
