    Don't want Poor customer service Disappointed of the manager that treated me as nobody and didn't had time to answer my questions and my concerns as first time visit trying to know more about the facility

    Process was simple and seamless.

    Easy online process to reserve the unit. Representative from the facility contacted me within an hour of the reservation (might have actually been less than a half hour) with any questions. Did payment online, purchased a lock and it was left in the unit, so I was able to drive right in, unloaded, lock up and leave. Great experience.
