Acquiring the unit online was super convenient and quick. I didn't have to go into the office and I could go to the unit immediately after I set up the online account. The facility is clean and offers use of multiple carts for loading and unloading.

Helpful people and excellent pricing

I originally chose this place for its good pricing (the best in 20mi) and locatio, right in downtown haverhill. The staff is super nice, and although the building is older and has a slightly more complicated system, they made sure I knew how to use it properly. It really easy access and using it has been a good experience overall.

So far our experience with CubeSmart has been very pleasant! Despite the elevator on our storage unit's side being broken, overall things went very smoothly on move-in day.

Good value but older facility and bare bones in terms of facility. It does the job but isn't fancy.

Very confusing...promised one unit, went to pay and it had been given to someone else. Hopefully the price will be corrected before next month.
