every thing was great customer service was very helpful since this being my first time renting a Storage unit be clean, easy to get to easy to load just one thing bother me. The wolf isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t attached to anything I might be overreacting, but if the next unit climbed into my unit, thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the only thing I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like.

Very easy to use the facility. Very clean and user friendly. There were 6 or 8 carts available to transport my belongings from the entrance to my storage unit. Very happy with the facility so far.

Easy off/on highway, extremely clean, manager was very helpful.

I just moved in and the facility is a very easy off/on from 128. The manager was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I've rented from other facilities before and this one is brand new and super clean. Security is well done and there is sufficient parking. There were an abundance of carts and dollies. The only thing to be aware of is that on top of the rental fee, you do need insurance (if your housing insurance doesn't cover something like that), which I wasn't aware of until I was completing my reservation and payment on-line. So, take that into consideration that it will be an extra $15/month on top of your rental fee. I think that could have been made more clear and prominent in the promotion with the first month for $1. Also remember to bring your own lock as you will be charged $20 for the lock they give you.
