Great value storage unit

For the price of the unit i don't really have any complaints. But a few concerns if you are looking. One of the access doors was broken when I rented a unit out. I read a review on google and someone mentioned this 4 weeks prior to me arriving. So yeah not the most "secure". I noticed they have mice bait inside the units and there was mice feces. A wide open door doesn't help that situation. Don't store anything mice will chew on or live in. Keep your stuff sealed and maybe put some mice traps (not glue) around the unit.

It was easy to set up and rent a storage unit. Price was great and the people there were very helpful. The unit was as advertised.

Tom did a great job of telling us about available units, finding one that was close to the elevator (very important), explaining the process to me, and getting you situated promptly. Transferring items to our unit has been extremely easy with carts available to bring items to the storage unit.

I stoped in to check out the space before I moved in and the manager could not have been nicer. She gave me great move in tips helped me pick out a few supplies was very friendly and welcoming. This is my first storage space. Automated information for gate access. Easy and no open ends. Good value.

Easy to use!

This process was relatively smooth, although my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work at first. Customer service helped fix it over the phone. Facility is easy to use and clean.

The map had a typo. And My unit was not appearing on map. Went to office at 415 pm and sign was up that manager will be back at 3. Pm Had to locate on my own

Pleasant Staff - Unit smaller than advertised

Had a great check in, staff was very pleasant and everything went smoothly. Unit is smaller than advertised though, my 5x10 is actually 4.5x8.75.
