CubeSmart Self Storage - Boston - 150 William F Mcclellan Hwy

Good!

Great facility, helpful staff, good pricing

Easy move

The facility was easy to get around and customer service was excellent!

Easy move in

Easy to find and move in. Storage facility is close to UHaul where I needed to return a truck.

Good facility

Good storage facility for our needs and excellent staff

Charles is clearly in charge at the East Boston Facility.

Absolutely painless process with such a professional and friendly staff. It's really all about the service, and Charles delivers. I am confident in the security and was pleasantly surprised with the rental rate on my 10X10 space. Super clean facility without weird smells, 😂 I highly recommend Cubesmart Boston to anyone looking for a great place to park your excess.

Great place to store your things

Charlie was wonderful, professional, and made a very stressful day into a much easier one.

Very nice place

Clean and accessible ,good price

Fast and efficient

Fast and efficient service. Would rent again

the move was easy and staff friendly/helpful.

Moving was easy. I would have liked to see the location of the unit before renting (proximity to elevator) but I didnt ask...

Excellent customer service

Very easy and helpful to use. Easy set-up and not a bad location.

Good customer service

These storage units are in east Boston so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit out there but price was better and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to airport which is important to me. Casey was very friendly and thorough with paperwork and walking me through everything.

Clean. Friendly staff. Need more carts for moving items

Clean facilities and great customer service. Reasonable pricing considering the area. They need more carts to haul supplies form your vehicle inside. Especially considering my unit is on the third floor. Elevator could use some work. 3rd floor button barely worked.

Flawless

Flawless move-in experience thanks to an attentive staff. Great prices for the city.

Good place

Good pricing for what I need. My only issue is the numbering system is ridiculous, and made my move in hide and seek experience. When i went to the office tgat morning thwy were still closed at 10, though tgey open at 930. I get it traffic in the city will get you. All, in all nice place so far.

Nice place to lock the staff that we donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have room at home

The place is always in good shape, very clean and organized, costumer service are nice and friendly people

Large, clean, less expensive storage space

We had to wait to check-in because office was closed. While waiting we unloaded stuff onto two carts, so the time wasn't wasted. Outside of that, check-in was smooth, customer service was great, and pricing was less than other storage places. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart.

Pretty good experience

This was a pretty decent experience, I would prefer more email communication, however, as talking on the phone at times was a little difficult.

Great customer service from Mikel.

Affordable relative to nearby facilities. Excellent customer service. Not thrilled with the mandatory monthly insurance fee of $17 that appears to cover none of the things likely to happen in storage. On my unit, that meant an increase of almost 20%. Advertisement I saw seemed to indicate it was a 1-time fee.

Pretty good

The building itself looks very new and very modern. There's no rust or trash anywhere. Security cameras are located all over the place and the ambient temperature is good. I noticed that it is generally well kept. However, getting ahold of someone from the office is not always easy.

Accessible and convenient

Pretty good place to keep your stuff
