Prime Storage - Salem

Outstanding facilities

I recommend this place for every storage needs. It’s all around easy and convenient from researching online to reservations, paperwork to moving in is a breeze. The only thing I would like done differently would be to add the staging area with the unit number when I received the unit number after completing the paperwork. But once you get there it’s easy to figure that out by the map at the entrance. But it would save others some confusion. But that’s Minor. Everything else is awesome!!!

Good lovation

Fair to good, charge for cleaning unit is unreasonable. It should be a prerequisite on the provider.

Immediate response from call center nd process was seamless.

Office manger, Lizzy was very professional and patient as I gathered all of my documents. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent price

There are big puddles in front of the door at building 2 after it rains. There was only 1 cart when I visited. I hope there are more but this worries me as my unit is very far from the door. Unit was clean and dry. Lighting wasn't working very well.

Very good

Very nice staff and kindness

Easy Access

Easy Access to the aite here is Salem.

Good facility, friendly service

Just left my vehicle for a multi month stay. All is good so far. Will update in a few months if there are any issues during its stay.

Nice girl at desk,helpful quick.

Solid place

Great staff and easy overall.. solid storage

Clean, friendly staff, affordable.

The building is on the water, great view while you unload your truck. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Units are clean, climate controlled, and hold a lot of stuff. Traffic is fun but it's almost October, so not unexpected.

It was reasonably clean and a good size.

Nice that they have dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available to take your stuff to the unit.

Just what we needed

Danny was super helpful and gave a great price, and the unit was easy to access and clean. Big dollies made it easy to get everything in in minutes.

Mouse droppings on floor of newly rented unit.

Pallet left in unit. Mouse droppings on the floor needed to be swept up before using.
