A solid, easily Accessible option for storage in the Boston Area

A good storage unit option for people in the Boston area if you have a car to drive out to it. Meets all the expectations you would have for a storage unit, but is a good choice for me because of the good price and accessibility.

The site manager, Cathy, was friendly, cheerful, and incredibly thorough showing me the site, the unit, and explaining the lease in detail. It was an easy decision to rent the unit after meeting her. The facility is clean, bright, and full of security checkpoints that made me feel safe leaving my items there.

Deb was extraordinary

Deb was extraordinary. We have rented from you for almost 5 years being among the first ! We finally were able to downsize to a12.5 x 10. We learned quite abruptly that a first floor unit of this size was available on the last day of the month. Very quickly we had to vacate one and then move into the other- we were leaving town by 3 that same afternoon. Deb was expediant, knowlegeable, proficient and therefore extremely helpful. We truly appreciated it very much. Maybe she was trained by Ashley who was also very customer oriented and caring. The place overall was clean, well organized and managed. We continue to be impressed......and grateful.

Thank you Kerry for your patience today with me. It took me awhile to decided which unit I should go for but you never rushed me just let me take my time. I appreciate it. I must say you definitely know what you are doing and as busy as it was you managed to get to each customer promptly without any troubles. Public storage is very lucky to have an employee like you who is proffessional and very knowledgeable. You are a 5 star employee in my eyes! Keep up the excellent work.

Joe and Ashley were very helpful I was looking for more prices for a space. Went to Medford but they had no 5x5s so I went here and they told me how much it would be so I will be back by the end of this year once I have to move. Great customer service and great people who work at both locations I've looked at so far.
