    excellent customer service

    manager doesn't make company rules, but i was disappointed to find out that, like my previous storage space, the company can raise your rate a few months after you've been using them, for no reason at all. Also, floor kinda dirty, but i think facility was short staffed that day.

    The people working there are great

    The people working there are great. I hate that I have to carry my stuff up stairs to get to your smaller lockers, but all in all I have no complaints.

    Good storage place

    Good storage place. I would like later hours for access. Also more flatbed carts. There are only 3 of them. Staff was great.

    Public storage is a Life-Saver when you are in transition!

    I really appreciate the kindness and sincerity I received from Sherri and Sherri at Public Storage on St. Charles Ave. in New Orleans. I have peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are safe. Having to transition from place to place is not easy, but Public Stotage had made it bearable for me. Thanks a million!!!!!!
