    YEPPP!

    This review would have been a 5 star if the conversations, or lack there of, ended with the professional and friendly confirmation phone call the day prior to reservation date. After changing and confirmation my initial rental date, I arrived during posted hours. Called all phone numbers available, left two voicemails and a text message, waited a half hour for someone to show up.. to only be left with no help to secure my storage space for my vehicle, an hour drive time lost, a missed plane flight and a mess to try and fix. All because someone in the office of this facility felt it didn’t matter to either: a. Post the news to close, b. Post they were on a break, c. Call and cancel set appointment. Undependable, unprofessional and lack of consideration for others time can be found at this one folks!!

    QUICK AND EASY

    CHECKING IN WAS QUICK AND EASY, THE PERSON AT THE COUNTER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE FACILITY AND THE UNIT WERE CLEAN AS A WHISTLE AND THE CLIMATE CONTROL WAS DELIGHTFUL.

    Does anyone work here?!?

    Reserved a unit online, received confirmation, drove 6 hours in a 16 foot box truck to this storage facility, scheduled movers to help unload the truck and NOONE was at the front desk when we arrived during normal office hours. We were exhausted from the trip and had nowhere to put our stuff. Furthermore, tried to call the office to let them know to expect us an hour before we arrived. No answer! The only notice was a sign on the door with a phone number that went straight to VM. Thanks! Great service! A+++ 🙄
