    It was great and amazing

    Jamaica was awesome she took pictures of my problem she taught me through everything she she was amazing.she was caring and funny. You all have a great employee with her.

    Under NEW MANAGEMENT

    I have been at this storage place over 20 years and the business was suffering in management. They have hired someone who is doing a remarkable job. After considering moving out she has made change that Ive decided to stay. Please ask for Ronell. She does an outstanding job with managing this place.I would like to see 24 hr access in the future.

    Sherry rented me my unit and she was...

    Sherry rented me my unit and she was very straightforward and honest about what public storage does to keep my items safe. She was very friendly very professional and her assistance was much appreciated. I am new to public storage so I cannot truly rate them yet only their customer service. And that was five stars

    Lynsey was so amazing today. I came to rent a smaller unit and after I told her what all I was storing she told we I was going to need a bigger unit. I just moved all my stuff in and she was absolutely correct. I would recommend that all my friends come to public storage.

    I came in Monday, May 1st, I had to move unexpectedly I was visibly uapset and stressing that I wouldn't be able to find a place to store my belongings. The young lady working in the office, Courtney, went above and beyond her job responsibilities to make me feel at ease. She definitely has excellent customer service skills! I will definitely be recommending Public Storage to anyone I know that is looking for storage!
