Called to inquire about renting a storage unit. Customer Service rep helped answer my questions and told me somebody from the Storage location I had chosen would be calling. They called within 10 min and within an hour I had a unit rented. Fast, friendly and was highly impressed with the facility and the services offered.

very nice to deal with and easy going great customer service, but their 1 dollar first month with fees, insurance, and a new lock is about 50 bucks.

It's great. They work with ya and help ya out when ya need it. Janeen was awesome and always loves to talk with ya and joke around. She always has a smile on her face.

Could not have been easier

Katherine and Janeen were absolutely delightful and made the entire process easy. Moving from another state can be difficult and when i showed up 10 minutes before close and needed a larger unit they performed wonderfully.

Janeen was amazing! Extremely nice and caring we had a wonderful conversation and made me feel a lot better about the things going on in my life at the moment! The process was easy and delightful! She was extremely informative about the operations of public storage! I would recommend anyone to use this facility for their storage needs!

Sign out front says $1 for first months rent. Yet I paid well over $100.00

More detail as to how to open the gate in the beginning would have helped. Other than that the service was just fine.

The staff was very helpful and I was able to get in and out of my storage immediately. Everything was clean and I wasn't worried about the security of my belongings.
