I do not like that there is not staff on site to actually talk to and getting my appt set up was a bit of a pain, otherwise good experience.

Best storage place I have found in the area!

This place is great! I was able to get a really good deal on my unit and it is exactly what I needed. The space is great and everything seems very secure. The only complaint I have is that several times that I have gone the main gate has been open.

Excellent customer service - they go the extra mile.

The people that I've dealt with have been great -- so far 3 location managers and 2 district managers. In particular I'd like to mention "Zul" in Richmond Hill (Canada) and Jim, Jon, and Denelle in Overland Park KC. They all went out of their way to get me the storage I needed for moving from Toronto to KC. Thanks guys! You helped a ton.
