    Very efficient

    The pricing and quality and cleanliness of the facility is good.. Just am having trouble with the storages locking mechanism and getting ahold of someone to fix it!

    Damaged Unit

    I rented a small unit (#105) and found that interior left wall had been ripped open. The hole was large enough for a person to crawl through from the adjacent unit. Upon my discovery I attempted to locate onsite management, but none could be found and thus I was relegated to contacting the customer service number for assistance. I then had to go through the whole process of signing e-documents and the like. This could have been avoided with temp locks on unused/assigned units.

    Daniel Baum is very helpful

    It is very interesting how this facility has changed over the years I worked construction on this main building in the 70s when it was built as a lumberyard and agin from 2000-2005 with my wife and daughter as managers of AGM storage
