    Good prices, limited hours

    Price is good. I’m kind of sad there’s not 24/7 access. Everything else has been simple enough. Office hours could be a little more accommodating, fortunately my son was able to handle the paperwork while I was at work.

    I didn't give up anything for the price

    I needed someplace to store my brother's things. I didn't have much money so I chose Storage of America for price alone. I was not expecting it to be clean or safe, but it was both and the customer service was topnotch. I don't know how they do it for half the price.

    Great bargain

    I was looking for a bargain when I found Storage of America. Two months for the price of one or first month free. Tanita was professional and efficient in helping me sign up. Smooth process and nice clean storage. Easy to use because it’s like a garage. I can pull right up to the door. Great find.

    Easy sign-up and amazing customer service.

    Did everything over the phone and the guy that helped me was awesome, everything was ready to go within a 1/2 hour. They sell the locks at the kiosk in front for less than $10.
