    We were really satisfied with our rental experience

    We were really satisfied with our storage unit. Even though the site manager was very sick, she still was friendly and helpful and we felt confident in our choice of Public storage. Plus, the price was right. Will recommend to others.

    Cassie is fantastic! She went above and beyond to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had two of my children with me and she was very patient when I had to stop to care for one of them. She kindly answered questions the kids asked too. I would highly recommend this storage facility and Cassie. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

    I was completely satisfied with Cassie's assistance in helping me to secure a storage unit and to fill out my paperwork . She was very friendly and helpful! Thanks Cassie! I would like to note, however (and not Cassie's fault), but when calling the national number to secure a unit, we should be told of all the extras, like having to purchase a lock and the requirement of insurance coverage. It's never fun to arrive and realize there are so many extras you weren't prepared for!
