    Extremely disappointed and unhappy ,,

    I am very disappointed with this storage unit facility,,, I paid on time every month,,never had my storage unit locked for non payment ,, I notified them when I was abandoning the unit and now they are on my credit report claiming I owe them 300 dollars ,, they are crooks ,, I recommend you seek your storage needs elsewhere,,

    Professional and Convenient

    Very professional with their clients. The process to reserve a unit, confirm reservation and move in is easy and efficient. First month was free and you can cancel at anytime with penalty. Monthly auto billing to a financial account or a credit card is also very convenient.

    Great service and helpful staff

    Only storage unit around the Elkhart area that gave us good service and explained everything clearly. Units are nice and clean and its for a great price. Will definitely recommend to friends.
